Administrative & Legal Oversight

• Oversee organizational compliance, contracts, and regulatory requirements

• Ensure adherence to nonprofit governance standards

• Maintain operational systems and administrative infrastructure

Strategic Development & Fundraising

• Lead fundraising strategy, grant development, and capital alignment

• Develop long-term organizational growth plans

• Cultivate relationships with funders, lenders, and strategic partners

Cooperative Project Support

• Serve as project officer for cooperative and land-based initiatives

• Provide legal and structural guidance to emerging cooperative entities

• Support governance documentation and operational design

Organizational Leadership

• Shape overall strategic direction alongside Co-Leads

• Align programming with sustainable financial planning
