Position Summary
Kingdom Tutheruhotep is Co-Founder and Co-Lead of Repaired Nations, serving as a project officer and education lead. He oversees workforce-based cooperative training initiatives and leads the organization’s political education and cooperative literacy programming.

Core Responsibilities

Cooperative Project Development

• Serve as project officer for new and emerging cooperatives

• Provide coaching on governance, operations, and cooperative business design

• Support leadership development within cooperative teams

Work-Based Learning Cohort

• Design and facilitate the Work-Based Learning Training Cohort

• Provide structured training in cooperative economics, leadership, and enterprise development

• Mentor participants transitioning from training into active cooperative projects

Book Club & Political Education

• Lead and curate the Repaired Nations Book Club

• Facilitate discussions on cooperative history, Black political economy, and movement strategy

• Strengthen the organization’s ideological grounding and shared language

Organizational Leadership

• Co-develop annual programming themes and strategic priorities

• Support cross-project collaboration within the cooperative ecosystem
