Position Summary
Mia Jackson serves as Co-Lead of Repaired Nations and directs the organization’s flagship Cooperative Conference and cooperative travel programming. She supports early-stage cooperatives as a project officer and strategic thought partner, guiding leaders through formation, financial planning, and implementation.

Core Responsibilities

Conference & Travel Leadership

• Coordinate and produce the Annual Repaired Nations Cooperative Conference

• Develop conference themes, partnerships, sponsorship engagement, and program design

• Lead planning and execution of international Cooperative & Culture travel experiences

• Manage event logistics, budgeting, and participant engagement

Cooperative Project Development

• Serve as project officer for emerging and developing cooperatives

• Provide guidance on governance structures, financial modeling, and implementation planning

• Support land acquisition, housing initiatives, and cooperative enterprise development

Financial Coaching & Credit Support

• Provide technical assistance on personal budgeting and credit navigation

• Advise cooperative members on financial readiness and capital access strategies

• Apply prior experience as a loan officer to strengthen financial literacy within the network

Organizational Leadership

• Contribute to strategic planning and ecosystem development

• Cultivate relationships with partners, lenders, and movement collaborators
